Sorry to report my disappointments on my latest BA's TPE-HKG service. The champagnes were no long KRUG, and there was no printed menu. (Second time this year...) Dessert was usually a choice of cake or fruit plate. No more fruit plate! The first chinas also looked a bit tired. The F/As were very nice but the service seemed to drop a bit from the usual BA excellent standard.
Then my priority tags did not work and were among the last patch to come out from the carousel.
It was sad to see BA in such a state. Hopefully, it was just a "bad" day, and hopefully it did not follow the footsteps of UA beginning cutting costs from its premium products.
