It's great to read this sort of post. I probably don't travel that much compared to many on here, but with the help and advice and the pool of knowledge from this website I have been very lucky over the last three years to be able to start enjoying the premium cabins when I fly.

Almost all of my flying is leisure and therefore paid for by myself, so I really appreciate and value the experience of CE, CW and occasionally F. Of course they don't always get it spot on, but I can't remember the last time I had a bad experience on a BA flight.

I travel mostly alone so it's always nice to have a chat with the cabin crew either at my seat or when I'm going for a leg stretch and pass the galley.

I had a fantastic flight in CW to MIA, A380 Upper Deck back in April and I decided to award a golden ticket to one of the cabin crew for their exemplary service. They were friendly, funny, happy, attentive and generally great at their job.

I am off to LAX next weekend and very lucky to be in 1A. I can't wait for this flight for a number of reasons: I will be on holiday, I will enjoy the 'First' experience but also I am looking forward to the (hopefully) great and friendly service from the BA cabin crew. Long may they continue to do so.
