You will have to make an online checkin, and you will receive a boarding pass which will act as your train ticket (latest at 15 minutes before departure).
The baggage you take with you on the train, you will have a seat in 1st class. Then you can drop it off at the train station at a special counter (or, I suppose in FCT...). Duffel bag will stay with you in the train then.
