Hi, stayed last Monday night, 29th July and used the spa (granted after 5 PM).no cost for diamond. Someone had wrong info that told you it is chargeable.

Stayed again last night but didn’t use the spa and nothing was mentioned or written in the sheet they provide us on checkin.

upgraded to suite last week, 3rd floor exec pitch side this week. Agree that it’s one of my favourites in U.K.

Spa is busy this time of year with holidays and tourists but not chargeable.
