I don't think the business version of the Chase United card has any downgrade path. Your only 2 choices would be to keep or cancel. Either way, the miles you've earned are yours to keep, but they're subject to expiration per the MileagePlus rules. Just make sure you understand how to keep them from expiring by maintaining some activity in your MP account.
