Hi Seniors, I teach basic computer skills but now days I don't have time so thinking of downgrading my UA business explorer credit card. Will credit card company forfeit my UA points they deposited few months ago? Which card can they downgrade it to and do the reps give a hard time to downgrade? I never downgraded a credit card so kind of a noob. Thanks for your help.
