@DL people who might see this, your failure to take the bull by the horns is deplorable! Sure, your product is better than AA and UA, but if you ignore --much needed-- feedback, you can count on a fast return to the cellar.

they also have an option to either post or fax the document....

its amazing that in this day & age they make it so difficult to do something like this....a simple email would make things so much easier....
