Hi all. This is my first post to this thread, and I have NOT read any prior posts, but please don't tar and feather me.

Here goes:
1. Objective is to change address from USA to foreign
2. DL requests a supporting document upload in a number of formats (e.g. xls, xlsx, pdf, jpg, png)
3. I tried all formats, and even forced upper case
​case; NOTHING WORKS
4. Promised email reply within 2 days never happened

@DL people who might see this, your failure to take the bull by the horns is deplorable! Sure, your product is better than AA and UA, but if you ignore --much needed-- feedback, you can count on a fast return to the cellar.
