Did you ask what the MPM was in her system?
The last time it happened to me, I was doing SFO-WLG-SIN-SFO, and however she put it in her system had WLG as the POT, which doesn't allow routing through SIN. But with SIN as the POT, there was no issue routing through WLG. I've also had this on SFO-ICN-HKT-FRA-SFO, where the system had FRA (!!!!) as the POT, so obviously an Asian routing didn't work. But the MPM wasn't even enough to get me to HKT on a fairly direct routing, which made it obvious where the error was.
