F cabin will be used only when J is oversold. You can set up an alert on EF to monitor if block gets removed at any time. Thank you both for the speedy replies.

Loads on that flight look very light - Expertflyer shows 9 in all J and W buckets. Economy is just about filling up. There are Avios seats in all cabins.

So I guess that i should go to the airport with low expectations...
