St Kitts does NOT charge a resort fee so there is nothing to waive. They do charge a 10% service charge on room rate, which is the same practice as almost every Asian hotel. This is not eligible to be waived under the T&C's.

Papagayo charges a resort fee - 12% of room rate. Andaz Mayakoba is similar at 15%. These are to be waived per the T&Cs.
