the whole trip will cost 25k each way. the domestic portion will book into first while the international segments will be in business class. the domestic portion has already cleared the wait list that is why you are seated in first but the international segment has not cleared. you can use stickers for the domestic portion but they will already be covered by the 25k miles you used to upgrade
