Thanks, she was repeating back to me $200 and seemed to understand needing to separate the payment but can't see what she actually typed as the keypad just had the 540.88 total. I had one clerk that would enter the amount and not hit enter(or a similar button) after and I convinced her she needed to hit enter after the amount and it worked. She was so upset with me for telling her what to do.
