According to FR24 you should finally arrive at 12:09 in FRA. When making your claim, just keep it short and say that you were on LH469 which was supposed to arrive at FRA at 7:00, arrived at 12:09, and that the delay was due to a mechanical failure. No need to mention the diversion and other stuff.
