Some hotels did put those detailed room information on the reservation details.
If the hotel does this then yes easy to spot these pre upgraded room/suite
But iirc there are some properties that just put King Bed room or so on the reservation detail page.
Not sure if this caused by the property not yet update their system or any other reason.
