Is it worth losing 4 nights booking b/c I can't have an email?
Does anyone have the email for the GM at Carlo IV Prague? I asked a simple question and got an answer from a night clerk - but not to the most important question. I replied AND asked titanium reservations to send an email asking the question (they wouldn't give me an email or call to ask the question).
No response to either and .....so I'll probably book my 4 night stay at a non Bonvoy(ed) hotel.
