If it is already a CE cabin on the A321 that you are sat in, then yes, I'd imagine you'd get swapped one for one....if 11A is in ET on the A321 then no...you'd likely be put in the back of the first WT cabin (34 or 35 A likely?) or beginning of the second cabin (40 A ish?) ...that is if they have a human do it as C-W-S has mentioned appears the case right now...but if it is a machine...you could be feasibly put anywhere, unless you paid for exit row seating in 11...if you just have status and are sat there 'free' then you could likely be shoved anywhere so watch that seat map!
