Has anyone done a Hotel + Car experience at BJs travel? The prices are much lower then just Hotel if we book a package. This is in Cancun. I am not sure if there is a catch. I know car rentals can be tricky in Cancun and need lot of insurance.

Book it and just do not pick up the car. Have done that many times with flights. Add a MEX to CUN flight, and it is cheaper than hotel alone, by about $500 for a 10 night stay.
