Hopefully this hasn't been answered, but...
I can't get the vons just for you promotions to work. A rep said I should add any coupons a few hours before heading to the store. Well I added the visa $10 off promo currently going on a week ago and today, nothing. I created a new account under my spouses phone # and, nothing... I feel having to hold up the line and have a clerk manually override the system each time.
Anyone have a similar problem?
