BA website does not suggest a terraces lounge.

The lounge is the 'old style' outstation setup- small, basic, but functional. The usual drinks and a few nibbles with a bit of a runway view. Its shared with Alitalia but is BA operated and branded. If you are flying F there is a separate F section that is much the same.

Its adequate but I wouldnt want to spend 5 hours there... then I wouldn't want to spend 5 hours in GRU full stop, the whole airport is pretty crappy.
