I can't call them all leisure but effectively every one of my flights are paid for by myself (although some are business expenses and are charged onward, but not that high a proportion - most are self-funded commuting expenses). GfL 4.5 years after starting crediting to BA, and probably 85-90% of these were BA flights.

Not that I made any effort though, and they just happened. I'm too lazy (and tight!) to be focused on earning TPs so I go astray rather often and fly Star as well (particularly SQ for long haul because they have the route network I need)

Aren't they still rather cheap though? I was looking at options due to availability issues (some of the dates for where I wanted to go in the area were like £5,500, and that was from the EU!) and AMS-LHR-BKK vv seemed pretty cheap (c. £1,800).
