Yes, I set the search filter for non-stop on IAD-AMS where KL is the only option. Don't know why the search is not showing the 75K IAD-AMS options in your search, but I find when you give it too many options to think about it may not search as completely. ITA Matrix tends to do the same thing. The more specifics you provide in a search (such as carrier specifics), the more completely it searches for available options on that carrier. I often find that it can find cheaper options on DL than when you don't bother to specify the carrier and let it search across all carriers.
