To be a member of Bahn.Comfort you have to possess a Bahncard25 or Bahncard50. The former costs EUR50 for one year, and gives a 25% reduction an tickets. The latter goes for EUR200 for one year, and gives a 50% reduction on tickets. Once you get 2,000 Bahn.Comfort points in a year you get lounge access where it is available.

It should be noted that the Bahncard25 can no longer be used in conjunction with the cheap Sparpreis tickets (bookable min. 3 days in advance).
