otherwise, vodaphone had a nice deal a while ago, 50 euro for a phone and 15 euro of minutes. Don't know how their plans worked though. Nice thing was they are the ONLY providor who sells phones and or cards in the franfurt airport, short of the electronics booth in the international B terminal. which was closed in March, but may now be open. the mobile place is OUTSIDE security and they have phones and Vodaphone sims.

I want to buy a locked mobil phone with a prepaid SIM.
I have seen in my last travel in Germany, there are a lot of cell at a very small price ( for example at 0,99 €, with mensil subscription, and at 150 € locked with a prepaid SIM ).

So I can take a locked phones for a few €.
