I'm not sure that Delta wants to devalue SkyPesos quite that much...
I noticed this on a recent miles buy-up, too. I joked that I couldn't wait to see XXXXXX.7 RDM left in my SM account. Obviously the app hasn't yet been coded to account for the different "currency" used for the upgrade.

OTOH, if you really were able to spend 4923 RDM for a flight that would otherwise cost $193; that's not too bad of a deal!
