Just looks like the message that is popping up on nights when they're out of redeemable inventory. I just did a few searches now and see it for nights when only fancy rooms are available; for other nights it's fine and shows point redemptions.
I have a stay coming up next week at this property which I booked on points, so they're definitely taking bookings! (Will update if I end up on the street and eat my words

)
