afaik there is only a cooperation with the Austrian Rail (OeBB) where with a bahn.comfort card you can use the lounges and enjoy free food and drinks and beer and wine (much better than in Germany where it is non alco only). The comfort status isnt that bad, as you dont need to be travelling to enjoy the lounge: so you can have your daily cappucino break in the Cologne Hauptbahnhof lounge for free, if you are working in this area. I do enjoy it quite often and they renewed my status a second time even though I was always under the 2000 points qualifying balance.

if the lounge in AMS central is a first class lounge you can probably use it with a first class ticket.
