Very different locations. Grosvenor House is quite nice (though I’ve also had some less than ideal experiences) and is in the marina which I like, but for a less than 4 day trip to Dubai I’d stay on SZR area in or by town. I’d do the Marquis for a first time or almost first time visit and would expect to save some money too.
