Just a quick question regarding cancellation with 24 hours. Am I correct one can simply use the Cancel Flight link in the itinerary -- no need to speak to an agent? And the full cost of the ticket will then (someday) appear as a credit on the CC statement?
This may sound like a dumb question, but I seem to recall that there are some such things that do require an agent. Really don't want to wait 35 minutes listening to a lady telling me why I should want to visit Phoenix or similar ...
