Amen to both. I was using it over the weekend and it refused to show any CX flights, even when I asked it for blanket listings ex-HKG! Only showed BA codeshares! I had to go to the CX website to see that, yes indeed, they showed schedules 4 months out. I re-dowloaded the tool and bingo, all the CX flts were there.
A little time with it, though, and one can certainly start getting fluent on how to get from A to B via YYZ... (and Dallas, of course...)
