I did call and they said my annual is actually on the 25th. I assumed it was the 24th because that's when i got my approval email when i applied it a year ago. So i got super lucky.
And they said the credit resets on the day of your anniversary. The guy said it might be from the day after and he put me on a brief hold to double check, and he confirmed it resets on your anniversary date.
