I think it's fair to say a few FTr's have caught a glimpse of the iPad onboard which also has messages to be delivered wherever possible.

IIRC there is

Name
Status (with coloured logo i.e. Gold, Silver etc)
CIV (Corporate Individual Value)
Seat Maps of all the relevant cabins etc

I think it was either on here or maybe I asked onboard, I honestly can't remember which!, that they can also see your last 6 and future 6 flights but not sure if that involves just the 6 sectors or PNR's but happy to be corrected.

As for BA land based desk staff I have no idea.
