Something I think many of us are (vaguely) curious about!

I’ve had CC occasionally comment on previous/upcoming sectors, but usually (I think) on the same PNR. At other times they ask things I woukd expect them to know!

I would guess, if they had time and were curious, they could see a large slab of flight history and future bookings.
