However, if I refer to the "1 LCAH point for 2€ spent on AF-KL-A5" rule, I should have been granted approx. 420 LCAH points (380 if taxes are excluded) instead of the 79+68.
I will follow up on this with Accor if nothing else happens in the coming days, and report back.

Claimed missing reward points on LCAH website on Tuesday. Checked my account today and the missing points had been added.

Base fare + options included indeed.
Spent 540€ for base fare + 237€ on options and received 392 LCAH reward points (540 + 237)/2 = 388,5 - Guess the slight deviation comes from rounding operations. Won't scratch my head too much about it
