Just finished a two-night stay, combination of 1 chase free night and 1 15k points. Discovery status from the credit card. The destination fee was waived, 2000 new-brand points were added, and I'm expecting 10% (1500 points) back soon due to another promotion. The stay was awesome, clean everything, great location, great people. Hope this hotel stays at Cat 4 but that seems too much to ask given the room rates.
