I am pretty sure you'll have a much better experience in CW than "down the back" and, for what it's worth, I think there's a lot of unnecessary negativity on here when it comes to BA's business class product. Although some aspects of it may be a little dated (and the biggest gripe is usually the lack of all-aisle access) BA have significantly upped their game recently, especially in terms of the catering and the amenities. I think familiarity breeds contempt, unfortunately, and leads to some unfair criticism. The same goes for BA's First Class offering.

Hopefully you'll have a memorable first flight in Club World and thoroughly enjoy the experience.
