I pray that they never allow people full use of mobile phones at 35,000 ft as this would IMHO be a nightmare.
I think it's (unfortunately) inevitable. In flight email is going to be bad enough - I'm actually going to make sure I avoid the planes with in-flight internet for as long as possible (if I stick to flying AC transatlantic then I should get away with this for several years yet
