HELP - I have asked for the relevant form to be faxed for 6+ months now. Is there anyone at BA that can think beyond their terminal??

Does anyone know if family/household accounts are available in the US too (IE my partner and I share miles under a consolidated account with us both having Exec Cards with different numbers)?
