Dubai A350 operation - Customer Guidelines

The start date for our brand new Airbus 350 operating between London (LHR) and Dubai (DXB) will be brought forward to 2 September 2019 from 8 October.
The following additional services will now be operated by the 3-cabin A350 (CW/WT+/WT cabins)
• BA107 02-30SEP LHR-DXB (except 7/8SEP)
• BA106/03SEP-01OCT DXB-LHR (except 8/9SEP)

More information
There is no First Class cabin on the A350, so these customers will be downgraded into a Club Suite.
• The A350 has a 3-cabin configuration, Cub World featuring our new Club Suite, WT+ and WT
• For downgraded First cabin customers, please offer them all options from Standard Customer Guidelines > Cabin Closures [see below]
• If a First Class customer remains on the flight travelling in Club, they are eligible for a part-refund of their flight coupon following these guidelines
• First Class customers will have their original sector changed to UN and the new Club sector inserted with a UC

• Customers will be notified if we have their contact details
Cabin Closures
Option 1 - Rebook onto BA
Rebook onto same BA flight and date as original Allowance
Rebook into the lowest class available in the next cabin down Important information Applicable for BA-125 tickets only
Includes BA Franchisee/subsidiary services
Baggage allowance, lounge access, Tier points and Avios earned will be based on the cabin of travel not from the original ticketed flight [NB that contradicts the email sent 2 weeks ago]
Reassess any taxes, fees or carrier charges based on the downgraded cabin and refund any difference to original payment card. Contact Trade Support if you require additional assistance.
