Last week I checked in for a DL operated flight exCDG through the DL website, so I would *guess* that AF departures from the USA don't do OLCI through the DL website.

Can you call DL and ask them to switch your flight from the DL flight number to the AF flight number to solve this? In fact, there's an argument that if you didn't request the DL flight number and weren't informed of this, DL shouldn't have ticketed it this way. In particular, USA DOT rules require that the operating carrier be identified very clearly when plane tickets are sold.
