That's a rather myopic, non customer-centric viewpoint. If my company books a 50-person event, I attend and get nothing, and it tips me to be sufficiently peeved that I take my 100 nights/year to Hyatt, then Hilton just lost a net 50 nights. The person in the bed is always a guest, regardless of who is paying the bill, and they may be very valuable guests.
