But take a look at flights CPH-AMS and train/flights between GOT and CPH. There are a few LCC's from CPH I think, which might be cheaper, but somewhat more time consuming.
I think the easiest is to kindly ask your travel guy to help you rebook the tickets to suit your purposes better.

It's possible using two cheap roundtrip tickets and throwing away the return. For into/out of Sweden, the cheapest travel is to be had this way.
