Last week I was flying MCE with one of my PMs from work sitting next to me. The FAs come around serving drinks and I ordered a gin and tonic, they gave me two bottles of gin which was appreciated. The PM orders a bottle of wine and proceeds to start taking swings out of the bottle, I was super confused but didn't want to say anything. The second FA passes and then stops to ask if she wanted a glass for her wine, the PM answers back "no no, I have one, I was enjoying it this way" followed by the most confused look from the FA.

Anyway the FAs move on and my PM turns to me and asks if the drinks were free, followed by "well if I knew it was free I would have also asked for a vodka to mix in with the wine." I've never been so confused in my life, but now I'm regretting not mentioning the drinks are free in MCE so I could witness the look on the FAs face when she asked for a wine and vodka to mix together.
