Had this last week on a long flight in Int'l J.

I had put off drinking for the first 5 hours or so as I was working. Everyone drank plenty during the meal, except me.
After I was done working, I ordered 3 drinks over about an hour as I was winding down and about to go to sleep. After the 3rd I was told "no more for a while".
So glad they know how many drinks it takes before I get intoxicated (which does NOT equal my behavior becoming an issue)
