I'd book the "Straits Eclectic" room at 23 Love Lane. For the others, except maybe Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, you could be anywhere. Noordin Mews is fine, too, assuming a heritage room in the main building, but the location isn't great.

.. and worth noting that entry-level rooms at any of these places might give you access to the hotels infrastructure and (maybe) grandeur of its public areas, but the room itself is likely to be underwhelming.
So be prepared to spend generously, or promote your VIP/"influencer" status
