I've been to both on consecutive nights in early April. While both meals were excellent, I found the food and the service at Pujol to be superior. It's unfair to use your omakase taco bar experience at Pujol when comparing Pujol to Quintonil.

That being said, Michelin does not rate restaurants in Mexico, so this discussion is off-topic for this thread.
