I canceled it and made booking via app. It has not posted yet and waiting until clears. Considering that it is USD $19 (no, not a typo and digits are not missing) for two days, I won't have much to lose.
I confirmed with US Bank (before I saw yugi's post) that mobile wallet purchases made via websites, via apps, or in person at stores all qualify for the AR points bonus.
