Thank you all! The TCP option worked. The agent was brilliant after she got past the standard line of pay or wait until check-in. She must not have heard me say OWE at the beginning. So after she completed her statement I mentioned that it was a benefit for BA Gold's/OWE's that we can request TCP and she immediately got it and was most pleasant from that point onwards. We actually ended up chatting for about 5 minutes. Thanks again for the advice, most appreciated.
