I suspect the limitations (i.e. no cancellation and no changes,) are just because it's not a flexible fare - that's the same as the vast majority of fares in any cabin, so I wouldn't use that as an indicator.

What does it say about checked bags? If it doesn't include any checked bags then it's Economy Light, but if it includes checked baggage it's probably an Economy Classic/standard fare.
