The semi/private boat transfer is very enjoyable. I personally prefer to be on the water than another flight (no matter how short the flight is).
But either way, it's an extra step you'd have to make and Turks is just easier for many. But this might not bother or be an issue for many and Anguilla/Cap J is really worth a visit. At least just once.
